Care Plan
The eye care plan at Charlestown Eyecare is the most comprehensive way of ensuring peace of mind over your eye health and getting the best price for your glasses, contact lenses, sunglasses and hearing aids.
What is our Care Plan
Our members are able to attend appointments as often as needed, as well as receiving at least 10% off every pair of glasses, 20% off every pair of sunglasses and 10% off any hearing aids from our hearing clinics.
You can sign up on the day of your appointment and all benefits are active immediately.
For those who have previously cancelled their care plan and would like to restart it again, all we ask is that you pay in full for your appointment before signing up again and your next appointment and glasses discounts will be covered.
