To have your prescription incorporated please book an eye test or bring your prescription along with you. Prescription lenses take anywhere from 5 to 15 working days to arrive, depending on the manufacturer and the prescription.

At Charlestown Eyecare we choose sunglasses from Maui Jim, Oakley, Ray-Ban and Waterhaul to name a few.

Maui Jim is the only sunglasses manufacturer in the world to have the Skin Cancer Foundation Seal of Recommendation as an effective UV filter for the eyes and surrounding skin.

Oakley and Ray-Ban are known for their style and provide a full ultraviolet block.

Waterhaul make frames from recycled fishing nets from the Cornish coast. Based in Newquay, they are our most local supplier, and offer a fully recyclable product which can be returned to us at the end of their useful life.
